Refund and Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong color. Please review all product details, sizing charts, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopmeadowbook@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received and we'll make it right.

Size Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please check the sizing chart before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as production can begin quickly. To request a cancellation, email us at shopmeadowbook@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted for production.
