All of our items are made to order, meaning your product is lovingly created just for you after your purchase is placed.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before they are shipped. During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may be a little longer - we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: Not available at this time
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered — no surprises.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please first contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
